Description: On the very first day of the 2015 legislative session, the Senate selected as its President Senator Bill Cole, who championed anti-worker legislation, including but not limited to, repeal of the Prevailing Wage, creation of Charter Schools and passage of the Coal Mine “Unsafety” bill.

Voting Body: 34-member Senate

The Vote:  Selection of Senate President. A vote for Senator Cole is Anti-Worker. A vote Senator Kessler is Pro-Worker
